Penelope posted a carnival pick on her blog. She and Michele said stuff that got me all pumped up about the topic. I love the lights, music, smells and magic that boardwalks, carnivals and the circus bring. It really brings out the creative kid in me. I just had to go home and go through some of my photo files after that. So here is some candy for your eyes. Enjoy.

I ADORE the first pictures of the lights! I wish it was big enough to use as my desktop *hint hint*. ;)
Hello, fellow NJ dweller! I can see how you would miss this area, there is definitely some magic here. I love all of your stuff (great style!), but just had to comment on Tillie's face on the side of the now demolished Palace. Asbury Park is still slow to progress, but moving a little. About 9 summers ago I took my camera around and captured some of the fading glory of the town. I have many shots of the Palace, roof caving in and all. It was nice to see this on your blog. Happy holidays and I'll look forward to seeing more of your art next year!!
